• Altar Guild – The guild prepares the sanctuary for worship, incorporating beauty and significance into our encounters with God.  Especially meaningful are the seasonal displays which draw us deeper into our relationship with God and each other. Â

Working to involve the church and our members with different projects that will give praise and glory to the Lord in all that we do. We hope to accomplish this with good fellowship, praise and thanksgiving.

Planning to have fund raisers to assist with ministry to reach our goals.

• Food Pantry – The second and fourth Tuesdays each month, volunteers from AMC distribute food to an average of 50 families.
• Witness – Looking for a vibrant congregation in Shallotte/Southeast Brunswick County? Whether you are new to the area, a long-time resident or vacationing along our lovely shores, you’ll find a home at Asbury Methodist. Traditional and contemporary worship converge in our warm and friendly services. We sing, pray and dig into the Scriptures where we find guidance for ordering our lives as faithful followers of Christ.
• Men of Action – a gathering of Christian brothers for fellowship and friendship. Our purpose is to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ in our community when called upon. Coming soon is a men’s study group focused on being a Christian man in today’s world.
• Women of Faith – Our Women’s Ministry mission is to extend the transforming presence of Jesus Christ to women in all life seasons and is committed to their growth through prayer, Bible study, fellowship, discipleship and Outreach.
